1. What is your returns policy?
We will be happy to refund any unused item within 14 calendar days from the date that you received it. You must contact us prior to sending your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. As we won’t be responsible for lost packages, we recommend that you send it with a tracking number and/or insured. Unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are mailed back to us are subject to re-shipping costs borne by the customer. If you do not wish to pay for shipping again and want wish to cancel your order, we will refund the cost of the item minus all shipping charges. We are sorry, but shipping and handling charges (€4 to €8, depending on your geographic location) will not be refunded.
2. What is a return period?
If you are not satisfied with your product or you feel it is not as described, you can return your item unused within 14 calendar days. Please make sure that Jumbo Curlers are in their original packaging are were not used.
3. How do I make a return?
If you qualify for a return/exchange (meaning that were not used and they are in their original packaging, you should contact us by email at email@example.com We will reply you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and our return address.
4. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. When will I receive my refund/exchange?
After we have received and inspected that the returned Jumbo Curlers are in their original packaging and were not used, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Can I return/exchange Jumbo Curlers without contacting you and getting a return merchandise authorization (RMA)?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return/exchange. Refunds for items returned without contacting us will be denied.
